Kitchen Confidential




Just finished reading "Kitchen Confidential" by Anthony Bourdain, the high profile chef who was seen regularly on Discovery Travel & Living Channel. 

This is a high octane book, destroying many of the myths surrounding the restaurant business. Goodreads 3/5
