Joined the Nike Run Club today, Sunday, 22nd November, did a bout of intense stretching and ran for 89.24 minutes. Started opp the Parsi Gymkhana and went towards the NCPA end back to Babulnath turnaround and went up the Kemps corner flyover and returned back the same route, this time culminating in Veer nariman road junction.
